Erik Steinbrecher

> Bookstorming
What at first sight seems to be an ironic and humourous reply to the frequently touted purity in minimalist art represents the very substance of Erik Steinbrecher's work: Minimalist Kitsch signifies a productive contradiction between reduction and immoderation.
The monograph gathers recent works, works on view in the two corresponding solo exhibitions at Haus Konstruktiv, Zurich and at Villa Merkel, Esslingen, as well as a few works from public and semi-public spaces.
